Voter Information:

1. Where do I register to vote?
Register at the Uinta County Clerk's Office located at 225 9th Street or by calling (307) 783-0301.

2. When do the Mayor and Council meet?
The Mayor and City Council Members meet for regular City Council Meetings on the first and third Tuesdays of the month at 5:30 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers. They also meet for Work Session Meetings, if needed, on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month at 5:30 pm in the City Hall Conference Room. No decisions are made by the group in these meetings, they are for discussion of items only.

3. How do I contact the Mayor or my City Council representative?
The Mayor and City Council can be reached by either calling the City Clerk's Office,(307) 783-6301, who will pass along the information to the appropriate individual or you can find their contact information on this site under our staff directory.

4. Who is the City Council representative in my area?
City Council Members are elected by wards, and each of the three wards have two Council representatives. To determine the City Council representatives in your area, you can view the Ward Boundary Map in our document center, or please call the City of Evanston Executive Assistant at (307) 783-6305 to find your representative.

Regular Meetings are held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month.
Meetings begin at 2:00 p.m. are held in the Commission Chambers of the Uinta County Complex in Evanston.
